What is the HTI Service Guarantee? If we don’t respond to your service call by the next business day...We’ll Give You a Month of Service FREE Our Service Pledge: For service contract holders: HTI Medical makes every effort to respond and repair equipment on the day of failure. We guarantee that we will respond by the next business day. Response may or may not come in the form of a service call. On occasion the service team will respond by ordering needed parts for repair in which case the technician response will come in the form of direct client communication. HTI warrants response time, not repair. Repair may be contingent on parts availability and/or extent, degree or specificity of required repair. Guarantee may be voided by; natural disaster or inclement weather or threat or act of; war, violence or terrorism. In the event that HTI does not fulfill its promise, we will extend the equipment service contract for 30 days. Free month of service is added to the scheduled conclusion of the original paid contract period. Attempts to defraud the service provider will void this agreement. This guarantee is not eligible for any prorated change in the service arrangement between organizations nor can it be exchanged for cash, credit or other financial enumeration. This agreement does not impact any implied or written equipment warranties. Void where prohibited.

How do get a quote for a service contract? Simply call HTI Medical at 508-660-2221 and ask to be connected to a service consultant. Our consultant will evaluate you needs for service and maintenance and then submit a quote that fulfills your office's requirements. HTI Medical's service consultation is always available at no cost or obligation.

What is return policy? All Returns are subject up to a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Form (RAF). Under NO circumstances will HTI Medical accept returns of open reagents, consumables or other perishables.

How can I establish payment terms? Customers can fill out a Credit Application or they may submit a Credit Card Authorization form. Contact your sales representative at 508-660-2221.

Is there a minimum order? Order Minimum Requirements The minimum order requirement for all customers is $100.00. If the order total does not meet or exceed the requirement, a $15.00 handling charge will be added to the final invoice.

Do I have to pay sales tax? Prices for the products exclude all federal, state, & local property taxes. Such taxes are for the account of Buyer and Buyer agrees to pay or reimburse any such taxes which Seller is required to pay. Non-profit, tax-exempt organizations may be eligible for exclusion of tax liability. If Buyer claims any exemption, Buyer must provide a valid, signed certificate or letter of exemption for each respective jurisdiction.

How do shipping and delivery work? All orders are FOB Walpole, MA USA. Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST will be shipped the same day. All order received after 2:00 pm will be shipped next business day. All shipping charges are prepaid and added to the final invoice. Per your requirements, please notify your sales representative to arrange to have your order dispatched using one of your shipping accounts or if you have any special delivery requirements. Any rush orders are subject to additional shipping charges. Upon receipt of your products, please inspect the goods and shipping containers for any damage. All damage must be reported to an HTI customer service representative within 5 business days of receipt of the goods. Any damage reported later than 5 days after receipt will not be eligible for evaluation and/or credit. Shipping Charges: Customers are eligible for FREE shipping on products leaving the HTI Warehouse. To receive free shipping, the order must be in amount of $350.00 or greater. You are allowed free shipping on unlimited number of orders over $350.00.

What are HTI Medical's payment terms? United States Customers: All orders are prepaid unless prior credit terms have been made with High Technology, Inc. Credit terms are granted only after a completed credit application is returned to and reviewed by the High Technology, Inc. accounting department. Credit Cards can be accepted for orders under $1,000.00. Payment can also be made via wire transfer. International Customers: All orders are to be prepaid via wire transfer. Shipments will not be sent until HTI Medical’s bank confirms receipt of the payment.
